Mike Eldirani, MD, is an experienced board certified physician treating patients and acting as medical director at Life Medical Center in Dearborn, MI. He specializes in Family, Emergency and Regenerative medicine. Born and raised in the Dearborn area, Dr Eldirani earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI before attending medical school at USE School of Medicine and graduating with High Honors. He completed his Family medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital in affiliation with the Wayne State University School of Medicine. He then completed an emergency medicine fellowship in affiliation with TeamHealth at St Ritas Medical Center, Mercy Health. He also completed additional training in regenerative and sports medicine . He has a passion for preventative care, men's health and longevity with years of experience in stem cell therapy, peptides and hormone optimization.
Dr Eldirani seeks to understand and develop healthy relationships with patients to improve quality of health care delivered. Developing an overall empathetic, compassionate approach allows patients to be empowered to determine healthy living outcomes. With experience working in the primary, urgent and emergency care settings, he is able to see patients of all ages and with conditions varying from chronic health to immediate and emergent care.
When he is not working, he enjoys time with his wife and 2 sons. He is an avid combat sports enthusiast and works as a ringside physician for multiple promotions in the state of Michigan. He also enjoys water sports, hunting and competitive gaming.

With over a decade of medical experience, Fatima has honed her skills in high-pressure environments, making quick and effective decisions to save lives. Her background in emergency and trauma has equipped her with a deep understanding of acute and chronic conditions, allowing her to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
In her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Fatima is deeply committed to preventive health. She believes in the power of early intervention and patient education to improve long-term outcomes. Her approach to care is holistic, focusing not just on treating illness, but on empowering patients to lead healthier lives through lifestyle modifications, regular screenings, and personalized health plans.
Fatima is particularly passionate about mental health and women’s health. Abdal-Rahman El-Mallah, MD

Born and raised in Dearborn, Michigan, Dr. El-Mallah comes from a proud Lebanese American family. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2014, setting the foundation for his medical career. Dr. El-Mallah earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, where he also completed his clinical rotations with Ascension Providence.
Dr. El-Mallah completed his comprehensive residency in Family Medicine at Ascension Providence in collaboration with Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. He received specialized training in pediatrics at DMC Children’s Hospital of Michigan and Pediatric Emergency Care at Beaumont Farmington Hills. Throughout his career, he has been committed to creating an excellent educational experience in a nurturing environment while providing high-quality, comprehensive care.
Dr. El-Mallah believes in fostering strong, trusting relationships with his patients, ensuring that each individual feels heard and respected. He is dedicated to empowering his patients with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their health. Additionally, Dr. El-Mallah is actively involved in local health initiatives, working to improve access to care and promote wellness within the community.

Hi, my name is Abed Naji and I’m a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and recent graduate from Spring Arbor Univeristy. I have over 6 years of critical care experience as a Registered Nurse. My goals as your healthcare clinician are to help you achieve your best health through a better quality of life and provide exceptional care through the use of a hollistic approach. I love spending time with my family and weight-lifting on my days off. As I progress throughout my career I plan to focus on regenerative medicine with the guidance of Dr. Eldirani.
